Ingredients
  • Bacon

  • Cremini mushrooms

  • baby spinach

  • Egg

  • pinch of sea salt and black pepper

  • whole wheat tortilla


Preparation

To prepare a delicious breakfast wrap, follow these steps:

  1. Heat a pan over medium heat, and add the bacon to it. Cook the bacon for about 4-5 minutes per side, until it turns brown and crispy. Once done, transfer it to a paper towel-lined plate and set it aside.

  2. Using the same skillet, cook the mushrooms over medium-low heat until they release water and turn slightly brown. It usually takes around 5 minutes. Season them with salt and pepper, and set them aside.

  3. Add the spinach to the skillet and sauté it over medium-low heat until it is just wilted. Set it aside along with the mushrooms.

  4. In a small bowl, whisk the eggs. Pour the eggs into the skillet and cook them over medium-low heat until they are cooked to your liking. Season them with salt and pepper. Lay the tortilla on a flat surface and layer it with the cooked eggs, bacon, mushrooms, and spinach. Roll or fold the tortilla and enjoy your breakfast wrap!
