The easiest thing to make on a lazy Saturday morning.

What you'll need

  • pasture-raised eggs

  • turkey bacon

  • kale

  • red bell pepper

  • mushrooms

  • spring onion

  • organic no-salt seasoning

  • olive oil

  • Italian parsley

  • himalayan salt


Chop peppers, bacon, mushrooms, kale, and onions. Heat your pan and saute them on medium heat. Beat eggs in a separate bowl until all combined add a little dairy-free milk and whisk.

Add sauteed veggies and parsley to the eggs and mix well. Season with organic no-salt seasoning and salt. Pour in a non-stick loaf tin and bake at 350 for 20 mins.
