NAT'S SOFTBAKE OATMEAL COOKIES

Healthy Oatmeal Cookies Must Haves

  1. Made with some kind of whole wheat flour

  2. Made “healthier” by lowering the amount of sugar we used

  3. Be chewy, not crunchy

INGREDIENTS

Healthy Baking Pantry Staples

  1. 2 cups Rolled Oats pulverized

  2. 1/2 cup White Whole Wheat Flour

  3. 2 Eggs

  4. 1 cup Agave

  5. 2 tsp Vanilla Extract

  6. part coconut oil and part butter

  7. 1 tbsp Baking powder

  8. 1 tsp Baking Soda

When oven temperature is reached. Bake for 15 minutes.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]Mix butter, coconut oil, and eggs until smooth. Add your flours, baking soda, and baking powder.

Mix all ingredients together. Place in the fridge for 2 hours.


Preheat oven to 350F or 180 C [/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]

Roll your cookie down into small to medium size balls an place them on nonstick baking sheet.

Take out cool and enjoy. They should be soft and so so yummy!
