2️⃣ Donkey Kicks Kickbacks (12–15/leg)

3️⃣ Step-Through Lunge + Curl (10/leg)

4️⃣ Overhead Tricep Extension (12–15)

5️⃣ Glute Bridge Hold + Chest Press (12–15)


💥 Finisher:

• Squat Jumps (40s)

• Push-up + Shoulder Tap (40s)
