STEWED APPLES WITH AGAVE

I’ve stopped eating sugar, so that leaves me limited to the sweets things I can eat. So I’ve decided to jazz up some apples for my yoghurt.

INGREDIENTS
3 Apples
2-3 tablespoons agave syrup
Lemon juice (1 large)
2 tablespoons of water
INSTRUCTIONS
Wash and peel apples. Place in a sauce pan with water, lemon juice and agave.
Cook on low temperature until apples are soft and caramelized _ not burnt!
